MISSION
            Simply:
TO provide accessible quality health care to all in the Maili-moja and surrounding communities

 KEY OBJECTIVES:
1.            Promote the delivery of quality, comprehensive, and family Centered health care services for all.

2.            Identify and assess health related factors and conditions that adversely affect individuals and families’ health status (inclusive of social and economical factors).

3.            Promote and provide pre-natal and post-natal care for mothers and children.

4.            Provide counseling services to victims of substance abuse and people living with HIV AIDS.

5.            Outreach health education to local communities (inclusive of general healthy practices, food and nutrition, and special health care services for non-contagious diseases such as diabetic, heart conditions and high blood pressure).

6.            Procure and ensure proper and accountable use of funds earmarked for community health care services to improve the health of individuals and their families.

KEY STRATEGIES
1.            Reduce barriers to delivery of quality and reliable health and dental care

2.            Build and identify existing family support and family involvement system that allows for early detection of health related issues and strength them.

3.            Reduce environmental related health conditions  like lead poisoning, asthma, T.B and injury in infants and children

4.            Address risk behavior in adolescents and young adult special emphasis in teen pregnancy

5.            Promote immunization to mother and children

6.            Promote healthy eating habits pertaining to nutrition and exercise.
